Job summary

Growth Resourcing seeks a commercially driven and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to manage qualified B2B leads through the sales process in energy, utilities and telecoms for UK clients.

You will conduct discovery calls, tailor proposals, present solutions, handle objections, negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with marketing, account-management and service-delivery teams to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B energy/utility sales.
• Experience in selling business gas/electricity or energy solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified B2B leads into sales.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand needs, requirements and budgets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tailored solutions.
• Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Close deals and meet targets.
• Coordinate with lead-generation, marketing, account-management and service-delivery teams.
