Responsibilities
Perform daily checks on AV equipment in meeting rooms.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
Perform a daily checks of AV equipment of booked meeting rooms in the morning, before meetings starts
Assistance in equipment set up, testing and standby assistance as requested for meetings and events. Such as Auditorium and Training 7-War Room for Presentation, Broadcasting, Video Conferencing and Delegate System Recordings
Provide End-user training on AV equipment usage
Management of AV service requests and incident reporting. Attend to calls logged related to the AV installation in the pause areas, meeting rooms, auditorium and war room
Checking of audio-visual equipment during times when rooms are not in use in preparation for live meetings and/or events
This includes basic functionality systems checks and documenting, troubleshooting, resolving and/or escalating any identified anomalies.
Perform root cause analysis of technical issues reported, to assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
Reporting service escalations to Service Desk for any issues that cannot be resolved onsite
Carry out regular preventative room checks, ensuring all equipment functions correctly in accordance with the room check procedure.
Clean various AV equipment including but not limited to camera lenses, monitors, pause area TV screens and projector fans
Change projector lamps and filter cleaning
Ensure that all faults are reported in the correct way and in a timely manner
Proactive maintenance/reporting to ensure all AV equipment is always of the highest standard and functioning correctly
Making sure DSTV distribution is working throughout the building
Ensure all projectors are switched off before leaving site
Attend to calls logged related to the Network & Telephony installation
