Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist with vehicle check-in.
• Listen to customer concerns about vehicle performance and maintenance needs.
• Record customer information and service requests in the management system.
• Shadow experienced Service Advisors to learn best practices.
• Coordinate service schedules and communicate estimated completion times.
• Explain basic maintenance requirements and services to customers.
