Placements24 in Durban is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the main contact for customers, schedule servicing, explain repairs, and ensure a smooth service experience at a busy dealership.

You will translate customer concerns into service orders, communicate costs and timelines clearly, and work closely with technicians to keep work moving efficiently while maintaining excellent customer relations. Experience in a dealership setting and knowledge of DMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and basic computer skills.
