Placements24 is recruiting a driven Sales Representative for an established automotive dealership in Upington, Northern Cape. You will greet customers, assess their vehicle needs, demonstrate options, and guide them through the purchase process for new and pre-owned vehicles.

The role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building to meet and exceed sales targets while collaborating with finance and service teams for a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A passion for cars and a strong understanding of vehicle makes and models.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Valid driver's license is essential.
• Based in or able to commute to Upington, Northern Cape.
