Job summary

Sibanye Stillwater is seeking a qualified ETD/HRD professional to execute daily routine work delivering practical skills training, addressing gaps and proving competency aligned with business needs and requirements.

The role supports the OD plan, ensures SHE compliance, and contributes to QMS ISO9001:2015 accreditation initiatives while developing learner progress reports and training materials.

Qualifications

• Be Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
• Have a clear security screening record.
• Internal from HRD: 2 years HRD experience and External from other departments: 2 years mining experience with at least 6 months as a miner.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Job description

Minimum Qualifications

• External from other departments:
• Grade 12; Blasting certificate.
• Internal from HRD:
• Grade 10 ETDP OD Level 3 (NQF L3),
• Blasting certificate,
• Assessor Certificate.

Requirements

• Have below experience: Internal from HRD: 2 years HRD experience
• External from other departments 2 years mining experience with a minimum of 6 months as a miner
• Have a Valid driver’s license (if applicable)

Advantageous Qualifications

• External: ETDP OD Level 3/4 and/or Assessor certificate and/or Moderator certificate and/or Shift supervisor certificate.
• Internal: Grade 12; ETDP OD Level 4 (NQF L4) certificate, Moderator certificate, Shift supervisor certificate.

• Implementing QCTO, MQA and QMS (ISO9001:2015) accreditation to ensure compliance.
• Assisting in compiling learner progress Reports (daily, weekly & monthly).
• Assisting with cost saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
• Stakeholder & Supplier relations: Ensuring all stakeholder`s - customer, employee, management expectations are met.
• Addressing key service provider relationships to meet training initiatives / objectives.
• Handling and attending to a range of service provider / stakeholder queries to build the Sibanye-Stillwater brand.

Additional Requirements

• Certificate in ETD Level 3 would be advantageous.
• ISO 9001 Certificate would be advantageous.
• Moderator Certificate would be advantageous.
• Assessor Certificate would be advantageous.
