Interpath Advisory is seeking a talented Manager to join its newly launched Transaction Services team in Cape Town. The role involves leading financial due diligence workstreams, analysing target performance, and delivering client-ready reports for private equity and corporate clients.

Applicants should be a qualified accountant with extensive post-qualification experience in transaction services, strong Excel skills, and experience training junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant - CA (SA), ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Around 7 to 10 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in transaction services or financial due diligence.
• Experience running FDD workstreams independently and reviewing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead FDD workstreams on a day-to-day basis from information requests to findings.
• Build and own analysis of target's trading performance, earnings, working capital and net debt.
• Prepare draft report sections covering your workstreams to a reviewable standard.
• Manage information requests and Q&A process, escalating as needed.
• Supervise and review junior colleagues and develop a small team.
