Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead onboard hotel operations aboard a luxury cruise ship. You will guide guest services, housekeeping, F&B, and entertainment, while developing staff and ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and fluency in English. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected to support a seamless guest experience at sea.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in hotel management, cruise ship or luxury hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Solid knowledge of hotel operations: guest services, housekeeping, F&B, entertainment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Able to pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications.

• Oversee the training and development of hotel staff to ensure the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest areas, including cabins, restaurants, bars, and public areas.
• Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that all dining experiences meet our high standards of quality and service.
• Collaborate with the Entertainment Manager to plan and execute a variety of onboard activities and events.
• Assist in managing the budget and inventory for the hotel department, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, working to resolve any issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of all hotel areas to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
