Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a friendly Guest Services Assistant to welcome guests aboard our cruise ship, assist with luggage, escort guests to their rooms, and explain ship facilities and services.

You will handle check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries promptly, maintain a clean lobby and luggage area, coordinate with other departments, work weekends and holidays, and leverage your language skills to help international guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Physical ability to lift and carry luggage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
