Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd in Durban is seeking a Delivery Driver to support daily deliveries and ensure accurate cash handling where required. You will load, unload, and sign loading sheets, and maintain vehicle safety and hygiene.

The role requires a Code 10 license with PDP and 2–3 years' relevant experience, Matric, and a proactive, deadline-driven approach in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar role.
• Matric / Grade 12.
• Must have valid Code 10 driver's license and PDP.

Responsibilities

• Check company products as per loading sheet and sign.
• Adhering to standard departure times.
• Take responsibility for vehicle safety and hygiene.
• Collect cash from the customers and cash in daily (where applicable).
• Offloading of product at customers.
• Report all accidents immediately to the transport department and Service Manager.

Job Purpose

Assist the Salesman driver in daily delivery of Premier products and where applicable assist the Salesman driver in cash and tray collection.
