Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• National Diploma in Hospitality Management or C&G Advanced Diploma.
• Computer literacy, including MS Office.
• Advantageous: Food and Beverage qualification/exposure.
• Experience: minimum 1 year in a FOC position with exposure to all departments.
• Internal AGM development programme preferred.

Aufgaben

• Achieves and exceeds forecasted revenue budgets for accommodation, F&B, conferencing and sundry revenues.
• Controls expenditure to align with hotel budgets.
• Achieves correct average room rates across all market segments.
• Manages payments and collections into/out of hotel bank accounts.
• Handles month-end and year-end data submissions for audits and reporting.
• Maximises room revenue via pricing and occupancy strategies.
• Maximises all revenues through packages and deals.
• Plans and manages group arrivals and restaurant operations during peak shifts.
• Maintains brand and group standards for consistent service levels.
• Ensures maintenance programmes and equipment service intervals are followed.
• Identifies improvements to product, service, productivity, and efficiencies for the group.
• Plans staffing levels per shift and adheres to policy.
