The role emphasizes implementing QCTO, MQA and QMS accreditation, assisting with learner progress reports, and supporting cost-saving initiatives to improve training efficiency.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with blasting certificate required.
• Assessor certificate required.
• ETDP OD Level 3/4 and related certificates advantageous.

• Medically fit to work in the specific business area

• ETDP OD Level 3/4 and/or Assessor certificate and/or Moderator certificate and/or Shift supervisor certificate
• External from other departments:
• 2 years mining experience with a minimum of 6 months as a miner
• Experience: 2 years HRD experience
