Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include certificates in training and blasting; grade 12 or equivalent.
• ETDP OD Level 3/4 certifications are advantageous and may be required.
• Assessor, moderator and shift supervisor certificates are relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

• SHE Compliance & Quality Management Systems implementation and maintenance.
• Participate in risk assessments and act on identified risks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Assessor Certificate
• Internal from HRD:
• External from other departments:
• Grade 12; Blasting certificate
• Grade 10 ETDP OD Level 3 (NQF L3)
• Blasting certificate

Requirements

• Medically fit to work in the specific business area
• Clear security screening record.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable)

Advantageous Qualifications

• 2 years mining experience with a minimum of 6 months as a miner
• Internal from HRD:
• ETDP OD Level 3/4 and/or Assessor certificate and/or Moderator certificate and/or Shift supervisor certificate
• External from other departments:
• Grade 12
• Experience: 2 years HRD experience
• ETDP OD Level 4 (NQF L4) certificate, Moderator certificate, Shift supervisor certificate

• Actively support and meaningfully participate in the execution of the segment specific organisational development plan. This support will manifest in the targeted shift in culture as described by a valid culture assessment.
• Stakeholder & Supplier Relations
• Ensuring all stakeholder`s - customer, employee, management expectations are met.
• Addressing key service provider relationships to meet training initiatives / objectives.
• Handling and attending to a range of service provider / stakeholder queries to build the Sibanye-Stillwater brand.

• Assisting with cost saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
