Placements24 is seeking an Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in a key region including Sandton. This leadership role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, building a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth.

You will expand market share, nurture client relationships, monitor performance, and report to senior management. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in sales (4+ in leadership) are required along with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and CRM.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing sales teams in Gauteng is a strong asset.
