Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in architectural or construction administrative/coordination roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic architectural terminology.
• Strong organisational, time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Maintain and organise project files, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
• Track project progress and report delays or issues to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants for timely information exchange.
• Assist with preparation of project reports and related administrative tasks in Soweto.
