Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of project activities, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Maintain and organize project files, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
• Track project progress and assist in identifying potential delays or issues, reporting to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely information exchange.
• Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and administrative tasks related to projects in Soweto.
