• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an architectural or construction-related administrative or coordination role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of architectural terminology and project lifecycles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of project activities, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Maintain and organize project files, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
• Track project progress and assist in identifying potential delays or issues, reporting to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely information exchange.
