Qualifications

• Experience managing aquatic facilities or leisure operations.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Aquatic Centre Supervisor to manage the operations of their swimming facilities in Port Elizabeth. This role involves ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and efficient functioning of the aquatic centre, including pools, changing rooms, and related amenities. You will lead a team of lifeguards and pool attendants, enforce safety policies, and coordinate aquatic programs such as swimming lessons and fitness classes. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the aquatic centre, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Supervise and schedule a team of lifeguards, pool attendants, and instructors.
