Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to undergo training and learn new technologies.
• Must be able to work on-site in Tembisa, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and access permissions.
• Perform routine system checks and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Contribute to the IT knowledge base with solutions and guides.
• Assist in managing IT inventory and asset tracking.
