Job summary

Digicape, Your Local Apple Expert, is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager for our Cape Town stores (Roeland and/or Gardens Centre). This full-time, on-site role supports the Retail Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations, leads the retail team, and drives sales while maintaining Apple retail standards.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities, strong knowledge of Apple products, and exceptional customer service and

Qualifications

• Matriculation (Grade 12) required.
• 3-4 years’ retail experience, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Experience in cellular, consumer electronics, or tech retail is advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Apple products and technology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Retail Manager in achieving store objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations in absence of manager.
• Lead and motivate the retail team.
• Assist with staffing, merchandising, and stock control.
