Job summary

DigicapeSA in Cape Town seeks a Retail Sales / Cellular Consultant to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while selling Apple products, cellular solutions, accessories, and related services. This full-time, on-site role is based at our Roeland and/or Gardens Centre stores.

You will lead the team, manage staffing and operations, and work with internal teams to resolve issues. Apple product knowledge and a proven sales track record are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' relevant experience in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated retail management and team leadership experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
• Strong working knowledge of Apple products and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the retail team to achieve sales targets.
• Manage staffing, schedules, attendance, and day-to-day team responsibilities.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Maintain accurate retail administration including orders, refunds, and records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
