Job summary

Manpowergroup in Johannesburg invites a design-driven AI workflow architect to build autonomous AI workflows and enable AI agents to manage end-to-end customer journeys, including lead qualification and follow-ups. You will lead integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, and payment gateways, and architect connections between AI systems and enterprise tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS or Engineering or related field.
Experience with AI agents and LLM orchestration.
Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and voice-based AI systems.
Strong REST API and webhook-based integration skills.
Ability to map and transform data using Python and Excel.
Experience integrating with CRM and messaging APIs.

Responsibilities

Design and build multi-step, autonomous AI workflows.
Enable AI agents to manage full customer journeys such as lead qualification, follow-ups, and complex query handling.
Lead integrations with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), payment gateways, and communication APIs.
Architect seamless connections between AI systems and enterprise tools.
Develop and orchestrate workflows using webhooks and triggers.
Ensure real-time data synchronisation across systems and AI agents.
Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Build testing frameworks to ensure stability and accuracy; handle edge cases with human-in-the-loop when required.
Monitor and optimise deployed solutions; demonstrate impact with data-driven insights.
