The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for client roles, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating candidates through to placement.

Working with the recruitment team lead and clients, you will use AI tools and Ashby/LinkedIn Recruiter to move quickly, build talent pipelines across LatAm and South Africa, and hit shortlist turnaround targets. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Daily, fluent use of AI tools as part of workflow.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools and spreadsheet tracking.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment independently.
• High ownership and startup-native mindset.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and wear multiple hats.
• Proactive communicator who flags blockers early.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews.
• Partner with clients and recruitment team lead.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up sourcing and candidate comms.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines for LatAm and SA.
• Keep trackers and calculators up to date.
• Communicate status and next steps proactively.
