Placements24 partners with a dynamic recruitment consultancy to place a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. This fully remote role supports diverse clients across South Africa, driving recruitment strategy and delivering high-quality talent solutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, lead end-to-end recruitment, and mentor junior team members in a virtual setting, using modern sourcing tools and ATS/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a consultancy role.
• Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse and challenging roles.
• Expertise in using various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and ATS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies for various client needs and industries.
• Manage complex hiring processes from stakeholder engagement to offer acceptance.
