Euromonitor International in Cape Town is hiring a permanent Marketing Data Analyst to ensure marketing data is structured, connected and usable for reporting and decision making. You will work with Passport data, build insightful Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with technical teams to improve data flows.

The role requires 4+ years in data/marketing analytics, fluency in English, and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders. A dynamic, AI-enabled, data-driven marketing function awaits you.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in data analytics or marketing analytics.
• Experience working with data across more than one system.
• Strong reporting skills with Power BI or similar tools.
• Fluent English and comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools in data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map how marketing data flows across systems and identify gaps.
• Recommend improvements to data structure and data integration.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement changes.
• Lead efforts to move Passport data into marketing communications.
• Build and maintain Power BI reporting for leadership visibility.
• Work with large, cross-system datasets to spot trends and risks.
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• 4+ years' experience in data analytics or marketing analytics, across multiple systems.
