Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ logistics experience.
• Experience coordinating international export shipments.
• Experience liaising with freight forwarders.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end logistics process for export shipments.
• Liaise with freight forwarder for bookings, collections, shipping schedules and documentation.
• Act as main contact between freight forwarder and commercial team.
• Provide regular updates on shipment progress and timelines.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and submitted within deadlines.
