Job summary

Vine Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Creditors Clerk for a client in Klapmuts. You will manage supplier accounts, process invoices, reconcile statements and ensure timely payments. The role requires strong numerical and organisational skills with proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

You will maintain accurate creditor records, follow up on queries and assist with monthly reporting while working with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a creditors or accounts payable role.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
