License & Scale is seeking a Client Success specialist to own a portfolio of clients from onboarding to renewal. You will coordinate with sales, delivery and operations to resolve issues quickly and ensure clients achieve their goals.

The role requires 1+ years in client success or related fields, excellent written and spoken English, and a self-starter attitude. You will work in a remote team using CRMs like Close or GHL.

Formación

• 1+ years in client success, account management, or customer support (agency/coaching/SaaS experience is a big plus).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self-starter who owns your book of clients without being micromanaged.
• Comfortable in a CRM (Close, GHL, or similar) and moving fast in a remote team.
• You read a health score and act on it — not just report it.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of clients from start to finish.
• Onboarding that sets the tone and regular check-ins to keep clients on track toward their goals.
• Spotting risk early and fixing it before it becomes a cancellation.
• Retention and renewals — plus flagging upsell/referral opportunities when you see them.
• Tight coordination with sales, delivery, and ops to get client issues solved fast.
