Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitors work queues and resolves incidents within SLA.
• Provides second-level support across multiple domains (Cloud, Security, Networking, Apps).
• Coordinates changes with risk assessments and proper approvals.
• Updates knowledge articles and maintains documentation for incidents.
• May contribute to projects and disaster recovery activities.
