Hire Hangar is seeking a full-time Client Engagement & Intake Specialist to serve as the first contact for new patient inquiries—primarily via SMS and phone calls—with occasional scheduled consultations. This remote role emphasizes empathy, curiosity, and thoughtful conversations that guide prospects toward the next step in their care journey.

You’ll respond quickly to leads during assigned windows, document key details in our CRM, and coordinate consultations using scheduling tools.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication for SMS and calls.
• Empathetic, curious, and people-focused in conversations.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems and tools.
• Experience with CRMs, telehealth tools, or scheduling platforms preferred.
• Proficient in basic Excel and data entry.
• Interest in healthcare/wellness fields is a plus.
• Reliable and responsive, with prompt lead follow-up.
• Detail-oriented with careful note-taking and data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Timely Lead Response: Monitor and respond quickly to inbound SMS messages.
• Engaging Conversations: Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to understand goals, needs, and health history.
• Scheduling Support: Use tools like Calendly to coordinate consultations for those who prefer a phone conversation.
• Accurate Documentation: Record key information in our CRM and scheduling systems (training provided).
• Relationship‑Centered Approach: Build rapport through empathy and active listening—clients should feel heard and supported.
• Follow‑Up Touchpoints: Provide friendly, personalized follow-ups when clients need more information or encouragement to schedule.
