Veta Virtual is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for a high-growth fintech/cryptocurrency client. You will be the first voice customers hear, guiding them through account setup, transactions, and platform features, with light technical troubleshooting.

This is a 100% remote role, based in LATAM or Europe, handling high-volume communications and documenting interactions in the CRM. Competitive USD salary offered. Shift flexibility and a fast-paced environment are provided.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written English is required.
• Experience with CRM systems and documenting interactions clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact via calls, emails, and chats.
• Guide customers through account setup, transactions, and features using scripts.
• Troubleshoot basic platform/login/transaction issues; escalate complex items.
• Locate accounts/case history quickly and document interactions in CRM.
• Escalate technical or account problems with clarity to specialists.
