Ultimate Jet Vacations is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to be the first line of technical support for internal teams, ensuring CRM and internal platforms run smoothly. You will troubleshoot issues, document problems, and coordinate with Product and Engineering to implement fixes.

From Reservations to Operations, you will help keep systems productive, assist with access control and software configuration, and contribute to a seamless employee experience daily.

Formación

• Experience providing internal technical support across departments.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across internal systems and platforms.
• Keep documentation up to date and accurate.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Support: serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support across Reservations, Concierge, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Systems Administration: assist with user accounts, permissions, and system access; maintain documentation.
• Product & Engineering Collaboration: work with Product and Engineering to investigate issues and report bugs.
