Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a senior enterprise sales professional to acquire net-new logos in an assigned territory. The role emphasizes consultative discovery, technical partnering, and a strong focus on new bookings with a defined path from prospecting to close.

You will work with a cross-functional team to scope, prototype, and de-risk deals, collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders to design solutions that deliver tangible business value and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Build and manage a pipeline of net-new logos from self-sourced outbound efforts and marketing-generated leads.
• Translate product capabilities into business value for HR and business stakeholders.
• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
