Tidal is hiring a Sr. Media Buyer/Paid Media Specialist for a US-focused DTC home decor furniture brand. You will own paid media execution, optimize acquisition costs, and scale profitable growth across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest.

The role combines media buying with creative strategy and email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo, Postscript). Strong emphasis on analytics, testing, and driving ROAS while collaborating with a remote team.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media buying experience.
• Experience with DTC brands selling to the US market.
• Agency and in-house brand experience required.
• Managed advertising budgets exceeding US$250,000 per month.
• Advanced in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with TikTok Ads, AppLovin, and Pinterest Ads.
• Klaviyo and Postscript for email and SMS campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of creative strategy, copy, and branding.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of ecommerce economics.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest.
• Manage budgets and drive profitable growth; allocate spend by channel.
• Guide creative strategy with the team and translate insights into briefs.
• Develop testing roadmaps and scale winning approaches.
• Execute email/SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Postscript; build automated flows.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics to improve performance.
• Maintain reporting, validate tracking, and ensure campaign quality.
