Grupo Coolto seeks a Billing and Accounts Receivable Coordinator to handle invoicing, delivery documentation, and customer collections follow-up. This hybrid role, based in Maracaibo, requires strong skills in QuickBooks Online and Excel, along with comprehensive bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and will work closely with the sales team to ensure operational efficiency. Participation in team support and reporting is also essential.

Formación

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, minimum B2 level.
• Proven hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Relevant professional background in billing, invoicing, and collections.

Responsabilidades

• Manage billing and invoice processing tasks.
• Ensure all commercial deliveries are properly documented.
• Monitor customer payment due dates proactively.
• Assist management with ad hoc administrative reporting.
