Virtustant seeks a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to manage client databases and automate workflows from start to finish. You will organize records, set up plug-and-play workflows for new leads, and run follow-ups and email campaigns.

You'll work with Brivity, Bright MLS, Skyslope and Gmail, requiring 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET. This is a remote, full-time opportunity paid in USD or local currency per candidate preference.

Qualificações

• C2 English proficiency required.
• Prior experience as a real estate virtual assistant.
• Hands-on experience with Brivity CRM.
• Experience with Bright MLS and Skyslope.
• Availability for 10 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Organize active and past client databases in Brivity.
• Set up workflows for new leads.
• Manage automated follow-ups and email campaigns.
• Work in Bright MLS, Skyslope and Gmail as needed.
