Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Short-Term Rental Property Manager Virtual Assistant to support US-based clients from a remote location. You will manage vacation rentals, coordinate cleaning and maintenance, handle guest communications, and optimize listings across platforms using Guesty or Hostaway.

The role requires hands-on STR operations knowledge, excellent English communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in STR property management or vacation rental operations.
• Hands-on experience with Airbnb and Vrbo.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and time-sensitive issues.
• Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of STR properties listed on Airbnb, Vrbo, and other booking platforms.
• Handle guest communication, inquiries, check-ins/check-outs, complaints, and guest concerns.
• Manage reservations, calendars, and listing updates across platforms.
• Use Guesty, Hostaway, or similar PMS to streamline daily operations.
• Monitor pricing, occupancy, and booking performance to support revenue growth.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and inspections between guest stays.
• Resolve guest issues and urgent maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate property records and operational documentation.
• Communicate with property owners regarding performance and updates.
• Ensure properties are guest-ready and meet quality standards.
