Job summary

Valatam is seeking a Remote People Operations & Performance Associate to monitor Virtual Assistant performance, attendance, and productivity, and to coach and support the team. You will analyze data, maintain reports, and collaborate with HR, Account Management and Finance to improve service quality, engagement, and retention.

This role requires 2–3 years in people management or related roles, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with time-tracking tools and PM platforms like Asana,

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in people management, account management, HR workforce management, or productivity coordination.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1/C2 in English) and comfortable coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Monitor VA attendance, working hours, productivity, and performance using time-tracking tools and internal reports.
• Identify performance risks, analyze root causes, and implement improvement plans.
• Conduct regular check-ins and coaching sessions, and implement improvement plans when necessary.
• Maintain accurate performance records, dashboards, and monthly reports on productivity, service quality, and engagement.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Growth, Recruitment, and Learning & Development on operational needs and recurring trends.
