Job summary

Valatam is seeking an Operations & Project Associate for a fully remote, full-time position. You will independently manage operational tasks, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth workflows across multiple workstreams.

The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt when documentation is incomplete. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in operations or project coordination, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with Asana, Notion, or Trello.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 3–4 years of experience in operations or project coordination.
• Ability to follow structured processes and execute repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Document and improve existing processes and maintain accurate records.
• Organize and structure Google Drive folders and file systems.
• Perform data entry and generate internal reports; flag inconsistencies.
