Job summary

Valatam seeks a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead a results‑driven HR function for a fully remote team. You will focus on reducing turnover, addressing VA concerns, and aligning HR operations with client objectives.

This role offers exposure to strategic planning and hands‑on execution across the HR spectrum. Requirements include 3–5 years in HR with at least 2 years in a leadership role, English fluency (C1/C2), and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) required.
• 3–5 years in HR, People Management, Employee Relations, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Build a results-driven HR function to reduce turnover and address VA concerns.
• Analyze resignations and turnover causes to identify improvements.
• Design and run satisfaction surveys and implement action plans.
• Lead HR team through one-on-ones, performance reviews, and KPIs.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, HR records, and compensation and benefits administration.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and SOPs.
• Provide HR reports with actionable insights for leadership.
