Thea Career Inc. seeks a proactive Human Resources Analyst to support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and credentialing. You will collaborate with departments, answer HR policies questions, and help maintain records in compliance with regulations.

This role offers a fully remote, full-time position with international exposure, and a focus on improving organizational efficiency through KPI-driven HR initiatives. Strong English and independent work style are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with departments to address HR-related needs.
• Serve as first contact for HR policies, benefits, payroll, and inquiries.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee credentialing, including insurance applications and staff communication.
• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of records for compliance.
• Support HR projects to improve compliance and efficiency.
• Track and achieve HR KPIs and metrics.
