Toptal is hiring a Matching Operations Coordinator to streamline communication between talent and internal teams in a fully remote role. You will own multi-channel communications and help ensure timely, accurate updates across engagements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 2–3+ years in coordination or operations, excellent written and spoken English, superior organization, and strong skills with Google Sheets/Docs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2–3+ years in coordination, operations support, or customer support.
• Excellent written and oral communication and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact for talent and client engagements.
• Manage communications across channels and ensure timely updates.
• Follow up on project status and identify up-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate tasks across accounts for smooth operations.
• Maintain proactive team communication via Slack/Zoom.
• Update process guidelines for team reference.
• Assist onboarding of new team members.
• Support ad-hoc strategic projects.
