The A Career is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Analyst to join our team. You will support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and credentialing, ensuring accuracy of records and compliance across the organization.

You will collaborate with many departments, serve as the primary point of contact for HR policies and payroll, and drive HR projects to improve efficiency and workplace culture. Fluency in English and strong organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or relevant HR experience.
• Advanced English knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with departments to address HR-related needs across the organization.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR policies, benefits, payroll, and inquiries.
• Manage the complete onboarding and offboarding process.
• Oversee the credentialing process, including insurance applications and staff communications.
• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of records (background checks, certifications, licensing, training).
• Support HR projects focused on compliance and efficiency improvements.
• Achieve HR KPIs and metrics to support departmental goals.
