NeoWork in Venezuela seeks a dedicated People Manager to lead our HR functions nationwide. You will serve as the primary contact for employee matters and shape HR strategies aligned with company goals.

The role covers talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance with local labor laws. You will drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment and partner with leadership to foster a high-performing team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources management or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to implement HR strategies and initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR matters and company policies.
• Lead the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Develop and implement performance management processes that drive employee engagement and professional development.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and implement programs to foster a positive work environment.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in Venezuela.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
• Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management to inform decision-making.
