Wellbore Integrity Solutions in Caracas seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee recruitment, employee relations, labor law compliance, and compensation in local operations.

You will partner with local leadership to drive workforce planning, policies, payroll, benefits, training, and performance management while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Strong English and leadership are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management or Labor Law are considered an advantage.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruitment activities for local positions and partner with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and hiring processes.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding.
• Support workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Support conflict resolution and workplace investigations when required.
• Promote a positive employee experience and healthy work environment.
• Advise managers on employee relations matters and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Venezuelan labor legislation and employment regulations.
• Coordinate employment documentation and personnel records.
• Assist during labor inspections, audits, and governmental reporting processes.
• Coordinate payroll-related activities and administer benefits programs.
• Support salary reviews, market benchmarking, and compensation analyses.
• Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
• Coordinate training programs and professional development activities.
• Promote succession planning and talent retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HR databases.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation.
• Generate HR reports and workforce analytics for management.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate employee engagement and wellness programs.
• Support diversity, inclusion, and company culture initiatives.
