NeoWork in Venezuela is seeking a dedicated People Manager to oversee HR functions, acting as the primary contact for all employee matters and aligning HR strategies with company goals.

You will lead recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. A strategic mindset and strong communication are essential. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Venezuelan labor laws and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to implement HR strategies and initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR matters and company policies.
• Lead the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Develop and implement performance management processes that drive employee engagement and professional development.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and implement programs to foster a positive work environment.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in Venezuela
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
• Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management to inform decision-making.
