Veta Virtual seeks a Cloud & SaaS Operations Manager to lead the global cloud-based workplace technology stack for a fintech/crypto client. You will own SaaS administration, IAM, security, and automation at scale, partnering with IT, Security, Compliance, and HR to maximize value and resilience across platforms.

The role requires strategic IT leadership, hands-on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace expertise, Zero Trust, and modern automation, with fully remote work in LATAM or Europe.

Formación

• Extensive experience managing cloud-based workplace tech and multi-platform SaaS.
• Strong IAM/zero-trust knowledge and hands-on Entra implementation.
• Proven automation experience across enterprise tools and APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead administration, optimization, security of all SaaS apps (MS 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Enforce IAM policies, SSO, MFA, conditional access and least privilege.
• Apply Zero Trust principles, data protection, backups, and DR for cloud services.
• Develop and implement workflow automation using Power Automate, Zapier, Python, or APIs.
• Identify self-service IT solutions to improve employee experience and reduce support.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, HR to meet regulatory requirements.
• Partner with HR for onboarding/offboarding and deprovisioning processes.
• Drive technology adoption with clear communication and training.
• Provide guidance to IT support teams and mentor staff.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and manage outages with urgency.
