Scale Up is partnering with a profitable FinTech SaaS company to hire a Part-Time Customer Success Specialist (Accounting SaaS). You’ll bridge prospective customers and the product, delivering live demos and guiding buyers toward a confident decision.

This remote role suits someone with bookkeeping background, strong accounting knowledge, and excellent English. You’ll support existing customers, tailor demonstrations, and help users get the most value from the platform across multiple time zones.

Formación

• Near-native English, both spoken and written.
• Background in bookkeeping, accounting or finance.
• Understanding of cash flow, AR/AP, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Experience presenting live via Zoom with screen sharing.
• Proven ability to work remotely with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead live demos for trial prospects via Zoom.
• Conduct discovery conversations to tailor demonstrations.
• Explain pricing, use cases and next steps clearly.
• Support existing customers with setup questions and guidance.
• Send personalized follow-up emails after demos.
• Escalate technical issues when needed.
• Represent the company professionally and ensure a positive customer journey.
