Veta Virtual is hiring a Salesforce Administrator & CX Systems Specialist to own Service Cloud configurations, CTI integrations, and CX dashboards for a fintech/crypto client. This hands-on role requires data hygiene and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage CRM ops, build actionable reports, and guide roadmap decisions with support leadership. LATAM or Europe-based candidates are welcome; 100% remote.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, Service Cloud strongly preferred.
• Experience with a contact center or telephony platform such as Amazon Connect, Five9, Twilio Flex, NICE, or Genesys – configuration or roadmap ownership is a plus.
• Comfort building reports and dashboards in Salesforce or similar BI tools – turn raw data into insights for leadership.
• Strong cross-functional communication with support, operations, and leadership teams.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to own multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Bonus: Salesforce Administrator certification; fintech or regulated industry experience; contact center migration knowledge.
• To be considered, based in LATAM or Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce Service Cloud configuration (objects, fields, layouts, flows, rules, permissions).
• Troubleshoot user issues and handle data hygiene to keep CRM clean and reliable.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and other support tools; evaluate new features for operations.
• Own the telephony/CTI roadmap; coordinate with leadership to prioritize improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate new telephony rollouts with minimal disruption.
• Build and maintain dashboards on support performance and deliver regular reports to teams.
• Identify trends and flag operational issues surfaced by data.
