Visa is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to support the Caribbean region. You will lead end-to-end account strategies, define plans, and align resources to deliver value-based solutions across Visa's portfolio.

Formación

• 10+ years with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree or 3+ years with a PhD
• Experience in value-based solution selling and enterprise accounts
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex deals

Responsabilidades

• Oversee account strategy, annual plans, and client relationships
• Orchestrate sales motions across Specialist Sellers, Sales Engineers, and Client Success Managers
• Drive upsell/cross-sell within existing accounts with compelling value propositions
• Lead new business development and expansion of accounts by identifying pain points
• Oversee pipeline management, negotiations, and deal closing
• Manage renewals and incentives, and drive territory plans
• Coordinate internal resources and ensure data hygiene in CRM
• Demonstrate payments expertise and lead strategic initiatives
